Who handles your request
Munqeth Smart Solutions, Amman, Jordan, handles the contact details and product preferences submitted on this form.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, mobile number, optional city, request type, organisation name when applicable, intended recipient category, product and fit preferences, and your acknowledgement of this notice. We use these details to follow up on your request, confirm prices and availability, manage the founding group or waiting list, and arrange the next steps if you decide to purchase. Registering interest does not place a paid order.
Please use an adult contact’s details. Do not provide a child’s name, medical history, diagnoses, medication or other sensitive health information. This form does not create or update a MyID medical profile.
Who receives information
Access to the reservation records is limited to authorised Munqeth administration. Supabase is the proposed database provider and Cloudflare Turnstile provides automated-abuse verification. These services process information needed to operate the form; Turnstile may process device and network information. If you choose the WhatsApp option, the displayed summary will be passed to WhatsApp to prepare your message. It is sent to Munqeth only when you send that message.
No automatic transfer to a MyID medical profile is made. This consent is for handling your request, not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Retention and your choices
Proposed retention: unconverted and cancelled requests are reviewed for deletion 90 days after their last update. Records associated with a purchase or payment are handled under the applicable transaction-record policy. You may contact Munqeth to ask about access, corrections, withdrawal of consent or deletion, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations. Withdrawing contact permission may prevent further processing of your request.

تتولى منقذ للحلول الذكية في عمّان، الأردن، معالجة بيانات التواصل وخيارات المنتجات التي تُقدَّم عبر هذا النموذج.
ما الذي نجمعه ولماذا؟
نجمع اسمك ورقم هاتفك والمدينة اختيارياً ونوع الطلب واسم المؤسسة عند انطباقه وفئة المستفيد وخيارات المنتجات والمقاس المفضّل وموافقتك على هذا الإشعار. نستخدم هذه البيانات لمتابعة طلبك وتأكيد الأسعار والتوفر وإدارة المجموعة التأسيسية أو قائمة الانتظار وترتيب الخطوات التالية إذا قررت الشراء. تسجيل الاهتمام لا يُنشئ طلب شراء مدفوعاً.
يرجى استخدام بيانات شخص بالغ للتواصل. لا تُدخل اسم طفل أو سجلاً طبياً أو تشخيصات أو أدوية أو أي معلومات صحية حساسة. هذا النموذج لا يُنشئ ملفاً طبياً في MyID ولا يعدّله.
من يتلقى البيانات؟
يقتصر الوصول إلى سجلات الطلبات على الإدارة المخوّلة في منقذ. Supabase هو مزوّد قاعدة البيانات المقترح، وتوفّر Cloudflare Turnstile التحقق للحد من إساءة الاستخدام الآلي. تعالج هذه الخدمات المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل النموذج، وقد تعالج خدمة التحقق معلومات الجهاز والشبكة. إذا اخترت واتساب، فسيُمرَّر الملخص المعروض إلى واتساب لإعداد رسالتك، ولا تصل الرسالة إلى منقذ إلا بعد أن ترسلها.
لا تُنقل البيانات تلقائياً إلى ملف طبي في MyID. تخص هذه الموافقة متابعة طلبك ولا تعني الاشتراك في رسائل تسويقية غير مرتبطة به.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وخياراتك
المدة المقترحة: تُراجَع الطلبات الملغاة أو التي لم تتحول إلى شراء لحذفها بعد ٩٠ يوماً من آخر تحديث. تُعامل السجلات المرتبطة بشراء أو دفع وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات المعمول بها. يمكنك التواصل مع منقذ للاستفسار عن الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو سحب الموافقة أو طلب حذفها، مع مراعاة أي التزامات واجبة للاحتفاظ بالسجلات. قد يمنع سحب الموافقة على التواصل مواصلة معالجة الطلب.
تواصل مع منقذ، مع ذكر مرجع الطلب إن كان متوفراً.
